Wesleyan University is finalizing an agreement to engage Bon Appétit Management Co. to be its new campus dining services provider beginning July 1. Bon Appetit will manage dining services in four outlets, including the new Suzanne Lemberg Usdan University Center, and also will run campus catering. Previous contract holder Aramark Campus Services will continue to operate dining services for the rest of the spring semester.
