The University of Texas-Austin has opened Jesta’ Healthy Store, a retail outlet that will sell vegetarian, vegan, organic and all-natural foods. Located in the Jester Center, its offerings will include "grab n’ go" items as well as hummus, bagged organic spinach and snack items like yogurt.
