The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill will convert its End Zone sports cafe into a Starbucks, according to a report in the Daily Tar Heel campus paper. The restaurant, part of the Rams Head complex which also encompasses a residential dining hall and a grocery store, was closed in mid-April for the renovations, and is scheduled to reopen as the coffee shop by late September. In addition, either a Subway or a Quiznos will be added to the Rams Head market and opened at the start of the fall 2007 semester. UNC’s foodservices are managed by Aramark.
