Tyson intros Culinary alliance

Tyson Foods, inc., introduced its Tyson Culinary Alliance during the recent 2007 American Culinary Federation National Convention in Orlando. A team of 60 chefs from 36 foodservice brokerages, the group will serve operators as an extension of Tyson to deliver business building solutions. Culinary Alliance members will also influence product development, assist in new product testing, recipe and menu development and provide segment specific support.

"The broker chefs who make up the Culinary Alliance are much closer to operators and the challenges they face on a regional and local level," says Tyson Corporate Executive Chef Pamela Lewis.
