Tuna Italiano Pizza

INGREDIENTS:1 prebaked pizza crust (6 oz.)
1 oz. part skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 3-ounce can Genova« Tonno, Solid Yellowfin Tuna with Olive Oil, drained
1/3 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
1 tsp. shallots, minced
½ tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. basil, choppedDIRECTIONS:Place pizza crust on baking pan. Distribute cheese over top of crust. Bake at 400¦F just until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and chunk tuna over pizza. Mix tomatoes, shallots and red wine vinegar. Distribute over pizza. Sprinkle chopped basil over pizza.
