Tuna Cobb Salad

INGREDIENTS:1 Chicken of the Sea® Premium White Tuna Pouch Pack (43 oz.)
3 large heads of salad greens (romaine, chicory or red leaf lettuce)
12 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into ½-inch dice
12 hard-cooked eggs, cut into ½-inch squares
6 California Avocados, peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
3 lbs. blue cheese, crumbled into large pieces
3 lbs. bacon, cooked and broken into large pieces
3 cups scallions, cut into ½-inch slices DIRECTIONS:Tear salad greens into small pieces and place a bed of greens on each plate. Place tuna in a strip down the center. Arrange tomatoes, eggs, avocados, blue cheese and bacon in individual stripes on each side of the tuna to form a pattern. Sprinkle the scallions over the tuna. Serve with vinaigrette dressing.
