Szechwan Hot and Sour Chicken

Yield: 12 servings.

12 chicken breasts, 6 oz. each
6 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup white vinegar
3 oz. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Tabasco® brand Garlic
Pepper Sauc
e 1 Tbsp. Tabasco® brand Habanero Sau c e
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 drops sesame oil
1/2 Tbsp. cilantro
to taste, five spice
to taste, salt

For hot and sour marinade: Mix chicken broth, white vinegar, ketchup, Tabasco® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce, Tabasco® brand Habanero Sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, cilantro, spice and salt together until well-blended.

For Szechwan chicken: Remove skin from chicken and trim excess fat. Brush liberally with hot and sour marinade, reserving some marinade. Grill, brushing with reserved marinade throughout the cooking process, and serve.
