Standex International Corp. has announced the formation of the Cooking Solutions Group and the Refrigerated Solutions Group within the companys Food Service Equipment Group

Standex International Corp. has announced the formation of the “Cooking Solutions Group” and the “Refrigerated Solutions Group” within the company’s Food Service Equipment Group. The move follows Standex’s acquisitions of Associated American Industries (APW Wyott) and American Foodservice. The Cooking Solutions Group will be led by Hylton Jonas and will include the BKI, APW Wyott, Bakers Pride and BevLes businesses. The Refrigerated Solutions Group will be led by Chuck Dullea and will include Master-Bilt, Nor-Lake and Koolstar. All of Standex’s Food Service Equipment operations, including includes Procon, Federal Industries and American Foodservice—will continue to report to Group Vice President John Abbott.
