Seven new specialty food vendors engaged by management company CenterPlate will be serving fans of the University of Hawaii football team at its home games at Aloha Stadium, reports the Honolulu Star Bulletin. The new vendors include M&N Treats (mini-doughnuts), SkyBox Express (Asian specialties like edamame, garlic chicken, furukake chicken, wasabi chicken and dynamite chicken), Genki Sushi, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, Okuhara/Hoops AC (freshly cooked fried noodles), K-Restaurant (Hawaiian specialty plate lunches such as kalbi ribs, fried mandoo and barbecue chicken) and K-Town Koolerz (margaritas and ice cream with slush). The new vendors will bring the total to 22 subcontracted by Centerplate.
