Rib Eye Steak Rub Seasoning

YIELD: 12 servings

1/2 cup fresh rosemary
4 tsps. salt
2 tsps. black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsps. mustard powder
2 tsps. ground oregano
2 tsps. garlic powder

  1. In a spice mill or blender, combine all ingredients. Grind to a coarse powder. Store in an airtight container.
  2. Sprinkle over meat and let stand before placing on the grill. Rub the seasoning into the steak before grilling.
