“Don't hit him again! That's my dad.”
— Denton, TX, pizza parlor employee Stephanie Martinez, upon discovering that the erstwhile robber her co-worker was in the middle of pummeling was actually her father. Martinez recognized Benjamin Ramirez when the wig and sunglasses he was wearing were knocked off in the scuffle with Pizza Patron employee Rudy Sandoval after Ramirez attempted to hold up the place at gunpoint. He fled the scene but was later picked up by Denton Police — along with Martinez's mother and husband, who were charged as accomplices! Police say they don't think Matrtinez knew anything about the attempted holdup, and believe her parents and husband targeted Pizza Patron at random without realizing (or forgetting) she worked there.
