Distribution Services provides assembly, packaging, and warehousing for national and international corporations. Customers include Nintendo, Sasquatch Books, Scientific Explorer, Costco, Made in Washington and Hartley and Marks.
Retail cafés operates Mezza Café outlets in the Starbuck's Corporate office in Seattle, and Skyline Tower in Bellevue. Each café offers a full range of weekday menu items, as well as a full range of catering services. A Taco Del Mar franchise is operated by Pioneer as part of the Café in the Starbucks location.
Central Food Service operates a central kitchen facility, preparing and delivering almost a million meals annually to both external customers and residents in Pioneer's programs. Meals are provided to six other nonprofits such as Senior Services of King County and other care centers.
Food buying service sells dry goods to nonprofits and government organizations, including food banks, and school districts in the western states.
Sheet metal fabrication provides precision sheet metal products to customers in a range of industries, including electronics, construction, commercial food preparation, and telecommunications.
Precision machining manufacturers over 8,000 different parts for Boeing, and also a number of other aerospace and commercial customers. Specializing in machining and water-jet cutting, it also produces cargo liner parts and kits for Boeing aircraft.
Construction provides capital improvement, repair and maintenance services to Pioneer's various locations and offers similar maintenance services to a number of national brand retailers, such as Macy's, Toys R Us and T-Mobile.
Behavioral health services group operates Residential, Outpatient, and Intervention programs that provide an array of treatment services for adults, youth and families. The Residential segment includes chemical dependency detoxification, long-term involuntary and co-occurring treatment for adults, and mental health and sexually aggressive treatment for youth. Outpatient services include mental health treatment for adults and youth, and chemical dependency treatment for adults. The Intervention segment includes a Secure Crisis Residential Center for youth, and In-Home Wrap-Around Services for youth and families.
Community corrections and reentry may operate the largest local offender re-entry program in the country, serving adults and juveniles in 16 residential reentry programs under contract with federal and state agencies.
Housing operates 562 units of low-cost and alcohol/drug-free housing in 19 buildings throughout Washington state.
