NSF International presented its annual Food Safety Leadership Awards during the recent National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. The winners included Hormel Foodservice (Food Safety Leadership Award in Technology Breakthroughs); Maple Leaf Foods, Inc. (Food Safety Leadership Award in Research Advances); H&K International (Food Safety Leadership Award in Equipment Design); and Sodexho, Inc. (Food Safety Leadership Award in Systems Improvement). The awards program, now in its third year, is designed to recognize efforts in the foodservice industry that have demonstrated outstanding achievement and advancement in areas directly impacting food safety.
