The North American Meat Processors Association has launched a new and completely revised edition of its Meat Buyer's Guide. Among the changes/additions are the inclusion of Canadian grading standards, terminology and cut descriptions, Spanish translations of all meat cut names, 54 new items, new beef value cuts (e.g., Denver Steak, Chuck Delmonico), updated weight ranges, new graphics and an expanded glossary.
