The Association of Healthcare Foodservices (AHF) is seeking teams for its 2011 Culinary Competition while the National Association of College & University Foodservices (NACUFS) is seeking college dining operators to register for its 2011 Operating Performance Benchmarking Survey.
Those interested in AHF's culinary competition, sponsored by Tyson Foods, should review the contest rules and fax or e-mail the Culinary Competition Registration Form to Michelle Romero at 502-589-3602 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, April 11.
To participate in the NACUFS Benchmarking project, operators must fill out and return the survey questionnaire (registration is at www.nacufs.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=4502). Participants get a comprehensive report that displays their results compared to the aggregated benchmarks. Data submitted is completely confidential.
