Yield: 24 servings
24 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
3 cups bread brumbs
1 1⁄2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3⁄4 cup olive oil
3⁄4 cup lemon juice
- Pound chicken pieces to 1⁄2 “ thickness.
- Combine Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll chicken in mixture.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet. Sauté chicken until golden brown.
- Drizzle lemon juice over chicken. Serve hot.
