McCormick & Co. has promoted Alan Wilson to president/COO. Wilson joined McCormick in 1993 and was most recently president of its North American Consumer Foods & Supply Chain unit. The company also promoted Mark Timbie, formerly president of international operations, to president of North American Consumer Foods, reporting to Wilson.
