YIELD: 10 servings
2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
9 1/2 Tbsps. Dijon mustard
5 Tbsps. maple syrup 1 tsp. salt
5/8 tsp. black pepper
1. Combine ground turkey with mustard and maple syrup in a large mixer. Mix on low speed until thoroughly blended. Add salt and pepper and mix for one more minute.
2. Remove from mixer and scoop out with #8 scoop. Place on an oiled sheet pan and roast in oven at 350°F or grill until it reaches internal temperature of 165°F for 30 seconds.
