Loren Kimura has been named president/CEO of Basic American Foods

Loren Kimura has been named president/CEO of Basic American Foods. He was previously vice president of sales and has also served as vice president of corporate accounts, sales and logistics, marketing and development and marketing and logistics. He has managed the company’s foodservice, industrial, international and contract manufacturing businesses. Kimura joined Basic American in 1986 as director of marketing. Prior to that, he was with Nestlé Foods Corp. as product manager for Taster’s Choice coffee.
