Levy Restaurants principal Larry Levy has purchased a significant minority stake in privately held luxury resort development/management firm Auberge Resorts. It’s the latest in a series of boutique hotel investments for Levy, whose firm also operates high-end Italian restaurant Spiaggia and manages premium food-service business at sports and entertainment venues as part of Compass Group.
