Hobart has announced the hiring of Stephen Ripp as general manager of its Traulsen business unit. Previously founder and president of the business restructuring consulting firm Zurich Group L.P., Ripp has also held a variety of senior executive and leadership positions at Flintlock, Ltd., Franke Federal Home Products, Standard Brands Paint Co., Sunbeam Corp., Black & Decker, General Electric and Gould Inc.
