The National Society for Healthcare Food Service Management (HFM) has named a new management company for the association—Kellen Company—according to HFM President Patti Dollarhide.
As part of the planned transition, the association will relocate its headquarters from Washington D.C., where it has been managed for the last 14 years by Giuffrida Associates, to New York City, where Kellen is based. HFM chose Kellen after an extensive review process "because of its staff, client resources and experience in association management, fund-raising and marketing communications," says HFM past-president Lynne Ometer, who chaired the association's selection committee.
Carolyn R. Jennings, a Kellen account executive with more than 25 years experience in association management, will serve as HFM's executive director. Holly Koenig, vice president of Kellen Co., has been named HFM's executive vice president.
"By serving as our day-to-day team, Kellen will ensure the delivery and expansion of member value," says Dollarhide. "We are thrilled to have such an experienced and talented team driving our many initiatives."
