Green Eggs,Roast Beast at Dartmouth

What would YOU serve when honoring the author-of such timeless children's (and adult's) classics as The Cat in the Hat, Horton Hatches the Egg and One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish?

You'd do what Dartmouth College Dining Services did when it helped celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of one of Dartmouth's most famous alumni: Theodore Seuss Geisel, Class of 1925, better know as Dr. Seuss.

You'd serve such Seussified fare as Green Eggs and Ham, "Who" Hash and Eggs and that mysterious "Roast Beast" from How the Grinch Stole Christmas. These and other Seauss-themed selections were available during all three dayparts in the school's Collis Cafe, Courtyard Cafe, Homeplate and Food Court serveries.

Dartmouth Dining Services also had employees dress as various Seuss characters.
