Grape Kabobs with Honey Peanut Dip

Yield: 1 serving

Honey Peanut Butter Dip:
8 fl. oz. peanut butter, smooth
1 /2 cup honey
1 /4 tsp. cinnamon, ground 2 Tbsps. water, warm
6 red grapes
9 green grapes
3 thin straws, black, 5 1 /2-inch drink stirrers

  1. For the dip: Whisk ingredients together until smooth. Portion 1 fl. oz. into ramekins.
  2. To assemble: Skewer onto each straw from end to end in order:green red green red green.
  3. Repeat this on each straw to produce 3 kabobs.
  4. erve with honey peanut butter dip in a ramekin.

Chefs tip: This is also fun to make with 3 colors of grapes.
