General Mills has appointed Maria Morgan president of General Mills Foodservice. Morgan had been president of Small Planet Foods, the company’s organic foods division. In addition, GM named Tim Fieldhouse vice president/general manager for convenience channels and Brian Berger vice president of business development for General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice. Morgan joined General Mills in 1990 and has held numerous marketing, sales and executive positions in the company’s Baking, Yoplait, Meals, Snacks and Big G Cereals divisions before being named president of Small Planet Foods in 2003. Fieldhouse was most recently vice president of strategic planning in the Consumer Foods Sales division while Berger was most recently vice president/general manager of foodservice and restaurant accounts.
