Custom Culinary Acquires DM Foods

Custom Culinary, Inc. announced that it is acquiring the business and operations of DM Foods of Avon, OH. The combined company will serve customers by providing a broad range of culinary products, including food bases, sauces, gravies, concentrates and flavor systems in shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated formats.
