YIELD: 24 (1 cup) servings

5 quarts organic soy milk
1 1/2 tsps. salt
4 lbs. old fashioned rolled oats
2 1/2 lbs. dried cherries
9 oz. chopped toasted natural almonds
brown sugar, as needed
organic soymilk, warmed, as needed

  1. For each serving, to order: In large pot over medium heat, bring soymilk and salt to boil. Stir in rolled oats; cook about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in cherries and almonds. Serve with brown sugar and warmed soymilk.
