Cooking/holding equipment maker Alto-Shaam has promoted President/COO Karen Hansen to chairman/CEO

Cooking/holding equipment maker Alto-Shaam has promoted President/COO Karen Hansen to chairman/CEO. She will also retain her position as president of Enthermics Medical Systems, an Alto-Shaam sister company that produces blanket and fluid warmers for the medical industry. Succeeding Hansen as president/COO is Executive Vice President Steven Maahs.
