The Boise Hawks minor league baseball team has established Home Plate Food Services LLC, a new in-house concessions operation that will manage the food and beverage service at its Memorial Stadium home park. Mike Martin, a former general manager with Premier Services Group, will head the new unit as director of food & beverage services.
