YIELD: 5 lbs. 5 lbs. wings1 cup sweet & sour sauce 1 cup BBQ sauce1-4 Tbsps. Chipotle Tabasco Sauce, depending on amount of heat desired 1. Using a smoker, cook wings until they have an internal temp of 165°F. 2. Blend together sweet & sour, BBQ and Tabasco sauce. 3. Toss wings, when completed, with sauce blend and serve.
