Sweet and Savory Mango Roll Ups

YIELD: 16 SNACK SERVINGS, 2 SLICES PER SERVING

⅓ cup cream cheese, whipped style

2 (10-inch) flour tortillas

1 ripe mango (12 count), cut into ⅜-inch dice

2 green onions, sliced

½ red bell pepper, cut into ⅜-inch dice

3 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey or ham

  1. Spread cream cheese over tortillas and scatter mango, green onion and bell pepper over two-thirds of the surface. Top with meat and roll up tightly.

  2. Gently squeeze rolls to secure ingredients. Cut into ½-inch slices.
