YIELD: per serving

1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
1⁄2 tsp. red pepper chilies
2 Tbsps. brown sugar
1 banana, bias cut
6 oz. chicken breast, seasoned with Jerk spices
3 Tbsps. butter
salt and pepper to taste

1. Grill chicken breast until done. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients (apple cider vinegar through brown sugar) and heat in a sauté pan. Add banana and finish with butter. Season to taste, pour over chicken, and serve.
